Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Commercial Plumbing Construction Project Manager to sit for a plumbing and heating company in Rochester, New York. This company specializes in commercial plumbing projects for public institutions. The Commercial Plumbing Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with clients, coordinating with other trades, attending job meetings, and handling key project documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial plumbing construction, with a focus on managing projects for public institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordination: Collaborate with other trades, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Job Meetings: Attend and represent the company in regular project and construction meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
Submittals & Documentation: Prepare, review, and process all necessary submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
Subcontracts: Negotiate, review, and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
RFIs: Submit, track, and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project scope, specifications, and details.
Proposals: Develop detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, scope of work, and timelines.
Compliance: Ensure all projects meet the required standards, codes, and safety regulations for public institutions.
Quality Control: Monitor project progress and perform regular inspections


Compensation:
$60/hr to $80/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
