We are looking for: Commercial Project Manager,

·       As a Commercial Project Manager, all financial and contractual issues during the proposal phase and during the realization of our projects are part of your span of control. You are primarily part of the quotation team that is responsible for producing a good quotation. During the realization of projects, you will be part of the project team and together with the project manager you will ensure that the project objectives are met. In this position you will be working in a department that is working hard to make the energy transition a reality, both nationally and internationally.

·       Day to day business:

·       During the quotation phase, contribute to the preparation of an estimate and the quotation.

·       As part of a team, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.

·       Coordinating supporting processes (insurance, credit check, taxes).

·       In addition, as Commercial Project Manager you will also be involved in the execution of these projects. Hereby your activities mainly consist of:

·       Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.

·       Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.

·       Displaying correct and timely management information in order to make timely adjustments.

·       Preparing Forecast/budget information with regard to the projects.

·       Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.

·       Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc.

·       In this role, you will also be collaborating with world commercial project managers of our centralized Data Center organization in Germany and Netherlands.

·       Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a finance related field

·       8- 12 years of experience working in a project-based business in a controlling or project finance related position

·       Certified CPM at Siemens.

·       General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management. 

·       Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.

·       Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.

·       Exceptional communication skills

·       Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities. 

·       SAP and SAP Business Warehouse

·       MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills
