We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role as the main point of contact for general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring projects are executed within budget, completed on schedule, and met the highest quality standards through effective coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

Interact with customer field personnel, Installers and factory personnel to complete projectComplete shop drawings as requiredWork with installers to complete project correctly, on time and under budgetSubmit RFI’s for cost saving opportunitiesOffer up-sell opportunities for products that will fit the needs of the End UserSell preventive maintenance services and fire drop tests once material is installedPerform Quality Control checks once material is installedSupervise, schedule, manage and interact with installation crewsCoordinate installs with Branch Managers at other Custom locationsField check jobsResolve field issues prior to order of materialsPrepare work orders and purchase orders to order materialReview factory acknowledgements for accuracyResolve product/installation issues after receipt and installation of materials

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordProject Managing experienceConstruction industry experience a mustAbility to multitaskExcellent attention to detail and thoroughness in completing workExcellent problem solver skillsAbility to read and understand construction drawingsStrong written and verbal skills
