Commercial Project Manager
**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)** The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is an integral part of the Finance team for the Gas Services Distributed business organization. The CPM works with the Project Manager to implement Power Plant Projects, typically ranging from $20M to $300M! **How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + Work in collaboration with the project managers to completeassigned projects according to defined guidelines and contractual agreements. + Responsible for project financials including monthlyrevenue recognition, financial planning, risk and opportunity management, andoptimizing profit margins & cash flow. + Ensure achievement of contract requirements (e.g.performance guarantees, insurance, taxes, contractual, etc.) + Full responsibility for all finance-related project topics,including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange,and NCM. + Prepare and present project status reports to variouslevels of management. + Special assignments and interaction with internal partnersand external auditors as required. **What You Bring (requirements)** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/Accounting is required. + 3-8 years of professional experience in BusinessAdministration or in Finance, preferably with experience in Project Management;candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a higher levelposition. + Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, percentage of completion (PoC)accounting, and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications is required,and SAP experience is desirable. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to workindependently and in a team-oriented environment. + Travel up to 15% is required; must have the ability toacquire a passport + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in theUnited States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization.
