Commercial Project Manager

This person will be responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success either in system business or solution business
You'll create an impact by • Financial Compliance & Accuracy: Ensures adherence to LoA guidelines, accurate project books and records (SAP, Siemens-FRG, local GAAP), and manages project reporting and controlling. • Financial Performance Management: Supports the Project Manager in achieving financial targets, optimizing gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing. • Customer Relationship Management: Communicates with customer representatives and resolves commercial issues. • Contract & Claim Management: Proactively establishes contract and claim management with the Project Manager and contract manager. • Risk & Opportunity Management: Identifies, evaluates, assesses, and manages commercial risks and opportunities. • Collaboration & Representation: Supports partner/subcontractor selection, represents the project internally and externally, delegates responsibilities, adheres to conduct guidelines, and acts as a key interface for subject matter experts (e.g., procurement, legal, tax).
Other additional responsibilities • Financial Closing & Reporting: Manages all commercial aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including cost controlling, reporting, forecasting, and revenue/profit recognition. • Business Administration & Compliance: Oversees business administration (invoicing, cash collection), ensures financial data accuracy, consistency, and transparency, and supports audits and product closures. • Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Alignment: Collaborates with stakeholders on BU strategic orientation and related internal/external communication.
You excel in • Education & Experience: University diploma or equivalent experience with 3+ years of successful Financial and Project Management and/or Business Controller experience. • Technical Skills: Understanding of IFRS and local GAAP. Plus, SAP knowledge & experience would be an added benefit. • Additional: Other assigned adhoc activities
