For our Business Unit Healthcare Systems & Technologies (HST), we are currently seeking a

Commercial Project Manager DACH (f/m/d)

based in Unterschleißheim near Munich (hybrid option).

The Commercial Project Manager DACH (f/m/d) will be supporting the Business Unit Head (BUH) in terms of developing and implementing strategies to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales team. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with sales leadership to drive initiatives that enhance sales force effectiveness.

Your Role:

Analyze sales data and create reports to identify trends, gaps, areas of business growth and opportunities for improvementEvaluate financial and costing reports, highlight existing or potential problems and make recommendations as appropriate to influence decision-makingDevelop and execute commercial strategies in alignment with company goals and market demandsCreate and implement sales effectiveness action plans and initiatives that align with company goalsExecute pricing tactics that allow optimize margin extracted from tenders/negotiations though partnership with local business leaders raising sales organization pricing capabilitiesLead and manage Business Optimization Projects to support the right team set up to achieve long term goalsInitiating and leading or supporting commercial development projects and providing commercial advice to existing or new projects and programsSupporting the development of business cases and financial analysis to ensure full understanding of the operational and financial impacts of commercial projects and any risks to deliveryOversee project plans and ensure projects are executed within scope, timelines, and budget constraintsAct as a liaison between BUH, the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and product management in terms of process optimization

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)At least 3 years of professional experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the MedTech segmentStrong understanding of market dynamics and commercial strategiesExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficiency in financial analysisAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFluency in German and English, both written and spokenStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
