Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (landlord or tenant), financing, and the like. Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney Qualifications:

2+ years of on-point sophisticated commercial real estate experience handling purchases, sales, leasing (landlord and/or tenant), and financingMust be licensed and in good standing with the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive inMust be able to work ON-SITE in DC office 5 days/week (40 hours)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, self-starter
