Commercial Real Estate Broker - Tenant Rep. and Workplace Solutions

Friedman Real Estate, one of the largest privately owned commercial real estate firms in the country, is looking for talented professionals to join our Workplace Solutions team in Metro Detroit, MI, downtown Chicago, IL, and Houston, TX.

 

Friedman Workplace Solutions merges professional real estate advisory services with our dedicated, in-house space planning, design, and construction services to offer clients an end-to-end real estate solution.

We are looking for sharp, sales-oriented professionals to foster and develop opportunities with clients and potential clients. You will work side-by-side with our design and construction professionals, helping clients determine their real estate requirements, including their ideal location and space configuration. You will help negotiate deal terms, and coordinate with our design, construction, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish. Sales and prospecting is a big part of this role, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Schedule and conduct site tours Assist clients with relevant market data Arrange meetings with prospective clients Accompany other Friedman brokers and management at client meetings Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including primarily telephone calls Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately lease and sell exclusively represented sites as well as find locations for tenants and buyers

Qualifications:

College degree required. Familiarity with Farmington Hills, MI and surrounding areas Minimum two (1) years experience in the real estate business Knowledge of relevant real estate, brokerage, ethical, and other rules State of Michigan Salesperson’s license, or the willingness to obtain a license, is required
