Commercial Real Estate Business Analyst
**Description** **Location** **: On site listed in the job posting.** **Summary** Assists in the reporting and analysis of information essential to the operations of the line of business, portfolio risk management and the formulation of strategic business decisions and stress testing. Assists in the management and oversight of portfolio account servicing. Works collaboratively with all employees of the line of business to ensure the accuracy of the reporting and analysis. Information is provided to regulators, investors, credit assurance services, credit rating agencies and other bank managers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Examines, analyzes, evaluates and prepares Quarterly Production Reviews + Examines, analyzes, evaluates and prepares Quarterly Portfolio Reviews + Examines, analyzes, evaluates and prepares Quarter End Summary + Examines, analyzes and prepares Property Sector Reviews + Monitors Account Servicing Reports (past dues, grading, covenants and grading) + Monitors Credit Policy Exception Levels + Reconciles, reviews and monitors data integrity of CPAT Data Base and Tableau Reporting **Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:** + Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking. Prefer Master’s Degree or emphasis in Business Analytics + Strong statistical and mathematical skills + Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in data analysis and reporting + Previous Banking and Credit Experience preferred but not required + Strong computer skills in respect to Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access + Effective communication skills + Ability to read an analyze financial information **Physical Requirements:** + Sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time + Ability to maintain focus and concentration for long periods of time + Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintain detailed attention to data integrity and quality **About Us** **First Horizon Corp.
