Responsibilities Review all emails received at the return authorization emailRespond to all related departments within 48 hour windowSubmit RA requests to the manufacture within 48 hoursCommunicate with all departments on the progress of the RA request Advise the departments, the warehouse and shop when a RA is received or declinedAssist departments on how to dispose of product that an RA was received forHelp with escalated customers by requesting credit to reselect from the manufacture as well as some compensation for installationLogging RA’s received Qualifications Strong customer service focusTeam orientedExperience in a customer service or sales roleExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to multitask and maintain organizationProficiency with computers and Microsoft office programsRequires professional email etiquetteHigh school diploma or equivalent Why The Brick?
