We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing installation, repair, and maintenance projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of roof systems, and the ability to manage crews effectively to deliver high-quality work and within budget.

Your Duties:

Supervise and manage a team of roofers to ensure the completion of projects according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelinesInspect jobsites before, during and after installation to ensure quality, safety and compliance with building codes and regulations Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and training as neededCommunicate with project and operations managers and be able to address concerns and answer questionsEnsure safety procedures are always followed Promote proper work ethic and enforce company's policies, procedures and practicesPerform other duties as assigned by management 

What You Bring:

5 years of experience in commercial roofing2 years of experience in a supervising or leadership roleKnowledge of roofing systems, materials and techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in various weather conditionsAbility to stand, walk, reach, climb ladders, and balanceMust be able to frequently life/move up to 50 pounds
