Commercial Roofing National Sales/Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional National Account Managers to develop business with new clients in allocated territories. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strategically delivered client-focused commercial roofing solutions based on customer needs.

Functions: Responsible for the management of sales and developing customer share relationships with new and existing national customers.  

Establish new national client accounts in designated territoryPrepare and deliver sales proposals/presentationsClose new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations Working closely in collaboration with Management and Sales in multiple locationsLiaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needsOperate as a point of contact for your customersContributes to team effort and works as part of the teamEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our roofing solutions according to customer needs and objectivesIdentify and grow opportunities in collaboration with teams to ensure growth attainmentKeep current in industry changes in products service and policy’s and help evaluate results and competitive developments

 

Requirements  

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceProven sales resultsCommercial Roofing Sales experience and knowledge of systems and productsNational Account Management experience is preferredNavigate software programs and accurately enter data in CRMProficient in MS office XL typing and computer navigation skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at C-levelExperience in delivering client-focused solutions to national customersExcellent listening and negotiation skillsSuperior verbal and written communications skillsMaintain professional and technical knowledgeStable work history
