Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Roofing Service Repair Foreman to join our team. As a Repair Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion in various commercial roofing projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency. Job Duties and Responsibilities + Partner with production team, sales team and customers to complete commercial roofing repairs. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on job sites. + Inspect and assess damaged roofing systems to determine the required repairs. + Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs. + Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. + Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team. + Ensure adherence to Apple Roofing's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals. + Handle any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the repair process. Requirements Requirements: + Must have experience in commercial roofing repair. + Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
