Commercial Sales and Service Specialist III
Description

Summary:
The Commercial Sales and Service Specialist III’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of support within the Commercial team, with a specific focus on supporting the Segment Executive, or as a supervisor for the other Commercial Sales and Service Specialists within the segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises a team of Sales and Service Specialists. Responsible for collaborating with Market Leaders on the interviewing, hiring, training, coaching,  counseling and performance review.Ensures all Sales and Service Specialists across the segment conform to standardized operating procedures, and are consistent in preparations of materials, reports, pitch book generation etc.Supports processes that assist in maintaining client and prospect information within Huntington’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  Assures data integrity within the CRM platform and assists with entering and updating calling and deal activity. Primary point of contact with questions, serve as a MAX Champion.Assists on regular activities and special projects across the line of business including quarterly / annual reviews, portfolio deep dives, pitch book generation, sales summits, client / prospect industry background / research, and underwriting.Apply lessons and best practices across all projects and activities.  Find ways to improve all activities and processes.  Assists with standardization of processes and information.Generates and analyzes weekly/monthly reports.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in an administrative role within Commercial Banking.  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.Proficient in MAX.
