Commercial Sales Assistant - Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist lenders and management in administrative functions relating to loan clients and portfolio management. Data input into Salesforce and nCino for pipeline management and to initiate credit requests, including preparing credit file documents for submission to the centralized credit file. Prepare weekly report of delinquent accounts for loan officers. Will prepare, update, and coordinate departmental reports. Portfolio management support (e.g., financial statement gathering and submission to the centralized credit file). Maintains knowledge of each officer's loan portfolio. Customer service support (customer problem resolution, sales support). Answer routine inquiries from customers. Follow up on past due payments, overdrafts, and expired lines of credit. Process loan payments, draws on lines of credit, payoffs, and credit advances, as necessary. Daily administrative duties (phones, office supplies, travel, meetings, mail distribution).
