Position Description

Due to continued expansion and company growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Sales Manager AHUs to join the Commercial & Industrial Business Unit at Airedale. This role reports directly to the Commercial Director and will lead the Estimating Technical Lead, Controls Sales Support and the AHU Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities Management of AHU Sales Team. Estimating Technical Lead and Controls Sales Support. Setting of individual sales targets and KPIs to ensure team objectives are met.  Ensure the needs of key accounts are met across Airedale’s full product offering. Liaise with Sales Engineers to provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Manage the prioritisation of all enquiries into the business, including pre-vetting of work.  Review Terms and Conditions. Ensure effective communication across Unitary Sales, Field Service and Controls. Management of select key accounts.  Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitive products, and growth opportunities. Generate new business opportunities Required Education & Qualifications Strong Commercial Understanding of the UK HVAC Market. 5+ years’ experience working with Air Handling Units. Previous experience of managing a team. Ability to work under pressure and achieve agreed sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
