The Commercial Service Electrician provides customer service in the field to install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of electrical systems in commercial settings. These systems include electrical control, wiring, power distribution, and lighting systems.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nDiagnoses electrical issues through observation, testing and setup as required.\nHandles the following electrical repairs: testing\/repair\/replacement and general troubleshooting and\/or repair of electrical control, wiring, power distribution, and lighting systems.\nPerforms planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in service agreements.\nCompletes service contracts, quoted service projects and responds to demand service calls.\nResponsible for updating work orders in an electronic work order system.\nDevelops relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.\nParticipates in an on-call rotation.\nMaintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.\nSafely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.\n\n
Requirements:\n\n5+ years of relatable electrical experience.\nAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial electrical systems including but not limited to wiring, switches, interior lighting, lighting controls, pole lights, outlets, panels, and low voltage circuits.\nStrong knowledge of National Electrical Codes.\nAbility to read and understand diagrams and blueprints.\nAbility to maintain a professional demeanor and have good written and verbal communication skills.\nBasic computer skills.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nValid driver's license with an insurable driving record.\nMust pass a drug screen and background check.\n\n
