Position Overview: The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. We are currently seeking a Commercial Service Plumber in the greater Richmond region.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nPerform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.\nDiagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.\nInstall, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.\nCollaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.\nRespond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations. \nComplete service reports and other documentation as required.\nMaintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.\nSafely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.\n\n
Requirements:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nProven experience as a Plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment.\nProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\nKnowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.\nGood physical condition and ability to work in various environments.\nBasic computer skills.\nValid driver's license with an insurable driving record.\nMust pass a drug screen and background check.\n\n
