We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months) to join our Commercial Services team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.  
  
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.

The Opportunity

As an intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in continued success. You will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards their advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps. You will carry out a range of administrative and supportive activities, as well as having ownership of their own project-based initiatives.

As the Hilton Commercial Services intern, your activities will include: 

\n\nJoining Regional Commercial meetings involving various functions of the business.   \nAttending Commercial meetings in hotels to help drive strategy and/or projects.   \nResearching and identifying the top emerging trends impacting the Commercial outlook of the business.  \nHelping to creating executive presentations for regional meetings, regional stakeholders, and on-going projects.   \nUsing online tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.  \nPerforming analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.  \nFilter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities.  \nPreparing reports and presentations for stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.   \n\n

What are we looking for?

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;   

\n\nFirst and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. \nYou must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the last 12 months.  \nHospitality degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area. \nYou must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 14th July 2025.  \nMust be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.   \nExcellent time management, organisational, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills. \nTeam working skills and problem-solving skills along with accuracy and attention to detail. \nYou must have Microsoft Office skills i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and resources to achieve outstanding results.  \nAdvanced people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.  \nExcellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations. \n\n
