Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Maintains records of auction and logistics activities for special programs. Consolidates information on activities and charges, and coordinates submission of invoices to clients for payment. Works with CashApp team to ensure payments are received and recorded appropriately.Serves as the main liaison for internal and assigned external clients, and other stakeholders, establishing credibility as the expert on assigned programs. Collaborate and communicate with various internal and external clients, including but not limited to auction locations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash apps, effectively facilitate resolution of cases with incomplete or inconsistent information, billing errors, and other discrepancies. Upon creation of reports, work with engineering teams to submit files to client systems. Upon receipt of response files, log successes and errors appropriately. Troubleshoot and resubmit errors, including coordinating with client contacts and/or internal stakeholders when needed.Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting by establishing and maintaining essential documents for management of billing and payment processes for marshaling programs. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents for daily tasks and operations.Ensure that appropriate records, required reports and related administrative functions are accurate and up to date. Prepare, review, balance and finalize all required client and internal reports using the necessary reporting tools and systems.Submit Service Station tickets to resolve transactions, payments, posting, and reporting issues or inquiries. Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

​Qualifications:

Minimum:

High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;OR 5 years’ experience in a related field

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related discipline preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.Problem-solving and de-escalation skills.Strong organizational skills.Attention to detail. Basic computer literacy. Basic (data entry, filtering, sorting, etc.) Excel skills. Experience navigating and formatting large Excel files preferred. Some knowledge of Excel functions such as xlookup, countifs, and string manipulation strongly preferred.Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with manual dexterity.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
