**Job Title: Solar Construction Superintendent** Pay ranges from $50-57/hr depending on experience. **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to manage the day-to-day installation of racking systems across multiple active projects in Southern California. The projects range from 200kW to 1-2MW. This role involves overseeing material inventory, ensuring timely project completion, and managing the performance of all field employees including three foremen. **Responsibilities** + Manage crew on day-to-day installation of racking systems across 4-8 active projects. + Oversee material inventory and ensure project completion for all projects in Southern California. + Manage the performance of all field employees including three foremen. + Coordinate and manage DC and AC scope timelines. **Essential Skills** + Superintendent experience, specifically in solar projects. + At least 2 years of experience in Commercial PV Installation **Supervision** . + Experience in both DC and AC projects. **Work Environment** Work will be conducted on solar rooftops, with travel required across Southern California to various job sites.
