Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, and terms of business. Advising clients on commercial law issues, particularly within the manufacturing, IT, health, and logistics sectors. Supporting clients with business strategy, compliance, and risk management to ensure commercial success. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality, tailored legal advice. Working closely with other departments, including corporate, dispute resolution, and IP teams, to provide full-service solutions. The Ideal Candidate: 1+ years PQE with experience in commercial law (sector-specific experience in manufacturing, IT, health, or logistics is advantageous but not essential). Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines under pressure. Commercially astute with the ability to deliver practical and solution-oriented advice. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
