Basic Job Functions:

Vulcraft/Verco VVG a division of Nucor, is seeking a qualified candidate for a Commercial Solutions Supervisor. this position will report to the Sales Manager and support both the Utah and AZ Vulcraft/Verco divisions

Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Engineer and Business Development Team..  Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, and other potential partners. Help drive VVG business development initiatives – i.e. sustainability, new products, regional accounts, etc. Proactively identify and drive opportunities for Vulcraft and Nucor to provide market-based solutions. Collaborate with DSMs to help lead large project planning, strategy, and execution from proposal through award. Assist Sales manager in leading all commercial aspect of the business and back up as needed.

 

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements: B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering & Registered Professional Engineer (PE) Written recommendation from Supervisor/Manager. Willing and able to travel regularly.
