About the role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning, ANZ this role is critical in shaping and optimising the Retail & On-Premise strategy for the ANZ market. By leveraging data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations, you will help drive revenue growth, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
Support commercial strategy development across retail and on-premise channels. Analyse market trends and performance metrics to drive strategic insights. Develop dashboards and reports to guide data-driven decision-making. Assist in business case modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and project support. Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer and channel strategies. Identify risks and opportunities in pricing, distribution, and merchandising.
About you
You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. With a background in finance or strategy, you excel at problem-solving, influencing stakeholders, and driving commercial outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Experience in finance, strategy, or commercial analytics. Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel and Power Point. Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and clear recommendations. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presenting insights. Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
