**Job Title: Working Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking a Working Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead both in the trailer and on the ground, acting as the main point of contact between the workforce, architects, and clients. This role requires a blend of leadership and hands-on capabilities to ensure successful project completion. Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am-3pm) Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 Core Job Duties: Ground-up commercial construction, leading crews on-site, project planning, scheduling, etc. Ideally looking for someone who has pro-core or some relevant construction software tracking experience. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary point of contact between the workforce, architects, and clients. + Lead and supervise on-site construction activities. + Perform tasks alongside the crew to set a strong example. + Operate equipment such as forklifts and lulls. + Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and OSHA regulations. + Utilize MS Project and Procore for project management. **Essential Skills** + Computer literacy + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to perform work alongside the crew + Operate forklift and lull + OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred + Knowledge of MS Project and Procore **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lead by example + Experience maintaining a crew of 20+ Experience with ground-up construction + Knowledge of carpentry and light metal work **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
