Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing and directing the construction crew on commercial construction sites. The role involves managing a crew of 5-20 workers depending on the project, which can be located anywhere in the state of Montana.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and direct the construction crew on commercial construction sites.Manage a crew of 5-20 workers depending on the project.Review and understand construction documents.Participate in initial plan review to identify design conflicts and constructability issues.Collaborate with the Design Team and Owner Group.Develop, communicate, and execute required phasing and sequencing plans.Assist the project team with shop drawing and submittal review.Implement and manage the project safety plan, including site security measures.Review, understand, and manage building code compliance per local and state jurisdictions.Strictly review and manage quality control measures.Plan and communicate with the project team to ensure manpower and resources are adequate.Manage equipment operator’s certification for all on-site staff and subcontractors.Essential SkillsConstruction supervisionConstruction managementCommercial constructionManagementMetal stud framingFinish carpentryConcretePower tool proficiencyAdditional Skills & Qualifications3 years or more of commercial construction superintendent experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
