Required: Demonstrated proficiency in Delphi, Word, Excel, Power Point Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to prioritize Editing and proof reading Preferred: Delphi Certified Thorough knowledge of Delphi SSRS reports, Crystal reports and Market vision reports and how to write them; Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Thorough knowledge of Delphi, Word, Excel, Power Point; 2 years of related hotel experience. Must have excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, when needed

Licenses or Certificates: Delphi Certification (preferred)

The Commercial Systems Analyst will work closely with commercial leadership to ensure maximum business flow through and to ensure guest satisfaction.

\n

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities Delphi Responsibilities (80%)

\n\nAssist in system training for Delphi property users.\n Assist in training operating departments on Delphi use. \nRun Daily, Weekly, Monthly maintenance reports and fix problems to maintain accurate database. \nComplete Month End Reporting and Processes. \nAdminister and communicate changes to the property users and how to apply changes.\n Assist with various revenue reports: formatting and updating Excel spreadsheets. \nProduce & analyze adhoc reports as requested. \nUpdate and maintain Hilton branded forms, proposals, and contracts as merge documents in Delphi. \nTurn bookings tentative, definite, and cancelled in system following standards – all sections of Delphi booking match contract and are correct. \nProcess contract addendums \nAssist Revenue Management in maintaining group room blocks and straight-line availability \n\n

E-Lead Coordinator (20%)

\n\nCheck E-Lead email constantly \nBuild new bookings into Delphi following standards \nBuild new accounts/agencies into Delphi following standards Build new contacts into Delphi following standards \nMaintain NSO sourcing standards within Delphi bookings\nMaintain 3rd Party distribution standards within Delphi bookings \nQualify/Evaluation of leads for distribution\nInitiate customer contact and manager introduction \nAssign leads to sales managers \n\n
