Commercial Team Leader (West Region)

What the day will look like Distinctive Client Value + As a key member of the CPG Team, provides oversight and supervision to a growing team of Account Executives in our Western Region (related to Sask, Alberta, and BC) + Ensuring service levels and response to both new business and existing clients/programs remain consistent + Tracking and managing outstanding receivables among all team members + Executing growth strategies set by Senior Leadership + Acting as a liaison between clients, Account Executives, insurers and Aon branches handling issues and escalations as required Operational Excellence + Monitoring KPI’s of existing team members + Assisting with hiring process when necessary + Liaising with various broking and branch teams within Aon when required + Ensuring department filing, workflow and process among team members is followed + Processing/analyzing related information/documentation, reports, etc. Performing other duties as assigned. How this opportunity is different Our new Team Leader will be working alongside an experienced team of colleagues with diverse backgrounds, ranging from account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering and specialty brokers to bring the best of Aon to our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Provincial Brokers license required + CIP or similar designation (or working towards) + Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience + Minimum 1 year people and/or change management experience + Customer service orientation + Professional, business acumen + Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills + Some knowledge of Aon portfolio of available client services and products + Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team + Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines. + Ability to travel to various Aon branches in our Western Region, when required How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
