The successful candidate will work as part of a team covering the UK and Ireland. + To work alongside the Scottish Rating Team to report savings to clients. + To work with the Strategic Growth Director to build on WSP’s reputable client base. + To develop excellent business relationships with new and existing clients. + To assist with, and to provide rating advice to clients, including challenging rateable values through the application/appeal process and by identifying opportunities for rates relief and mitigation strategies. + Carry out site visits and inspections as required, as part of providing overall strategic business rates advice.
