Job Title: Commercial Technology Practice Lead, Switzerland

Role is hybrid linked to the office in Zug

Job Overview: The Commercial Technology Practice Lead will drive the growth of IQVIA's Commercial Technology business in Switzerland. They will work directly with clients to address strategic issues, identify business development opportunities, and leverage IQVIA's offerings. Responsibilities include managing service delivery commitments and implementing client projects.

The role focuses on delivering top-tier technology solutions, enabling clients to effectively use their own data, IQVIA market data, and third-party data. The candidate will innovate and address business challenges through technology, particularly in data strategies and analytics. This involves performance reporting, dashboarding, and facilitating self-service analytics. Therefore, a background in data or analytics engineering highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Commercial Technology Practice for Switzerland, supporting the ambition for high growth both in deepening the partnerships with existing customers, and in expanding our customer base.Generate new business opportunities. Focusing on the client issues to bring novel technology and consulting solutions to market.Serve as the primary owner of client engagements, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery quality. Manage client interface and project team for efficient and effective project delivery.Serve as a solutions-based expert applying consultative problem-solving skills.Identify opportunities and develop tangible and commercial offerings.Take a lead role in proposal development.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

10+ years of experience within in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences or consulting industry.Senior business development and sales experience within B2B marketServes and is recognized as a thought leader in a technical specialty or industry and harvests new best practices to be implemented in project work.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.German and English language
