\nWe are looking for a Commercial Tire Technician.

\nQualifications:\n\n\tPrior commercial tire service experience\n\tCapability of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems\n\tCapacity to demonstrate technical knowledge of commercial vehicles, materials, methods, and tools to perform, prioritize and complete work\n\tPrior knowledge of tire related equipment and tools a plus\n\tValid CDL Class B/A Driver’s License with:\n\t\n\t\tNo DWI convictions within the past four years\n\t\tNo more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three years\n\t\n\t\n\tMust acceptable MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical\n\tMust have a high school diploma or GED\n\n 
\nJob Description:\n\n\n\tPerforms commercial tire service.\n\tShall be consistently capable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.\n\tAbility to work in fast-paced environment.\n\tKnowledge in the safe operation of all garage tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists and jacking equipment.\n\tAbility to Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.\n\tAbility to read, understand and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.\n\tRespond quickly to dispatches and provide fast, friendly and professional service.\n\tWork independently but must be willing assist others.\n\tCommunicate with customers and dispatch.\n\tMust be willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.\n\tWork volume is unpredictable so must be able to respond to work when it comes in and remain on-call over extended periods of time.\n\tClear speaking and attentive listening skills. \n\t Flexibility in schedule.\n\tMinimum 21 years of age.\n\n
