Commercial Tracking Analyst
General Description (SUMMARY, Scope, Purpose)

Responsible for analyzing and accurately keying insurance documentation and loan related forms into a loan tracking system; analyzing and processing complex lender data reports; utilizing an imaging system; meeting daily production standards, goals and service commitments. This position also requires an excellent working knowledge of a Windows computer environment, Excel and the ability to grasp the workings of numerous insurance tracking system reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and input insurance documentation in proprietary loan‐insurance tracking systemReview commercial insurance documentation to ensure that coverages (Hazard and any other special coverage required) and deductibles, are adequate to protect the lenders interestRecognize and note any coverage limitations not in line with lender specificationsAccurately complete all assigned tasks and/or additional tasks if neededAnalyze and process a multitude of client and program related reportsIdentify and report areas of needed process improvement to immediate supervisorMaintain a monthly assessment average of 90% or betterMaintain accurate training materials, to ensure adherence to all policies and proceduresAccurately handle inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries from client, borrower, or agentContact insurance companies to confirm insurance coverage and request additional documentationInitiate and sustain communication with clients, agent, and employees, as neededMaintain necessary relationship with clients and employees to ensure quality customer service standards are metMaintain a working knowledge, grow expertise in mortgage insurance and lendingOther job responsibilities as assigned by management
