As Commercial HR Leader/Sr Director Human Resources, you will provide both strategic and day-to-day human resources business partnership to our dynamic and growing Global Bioprocessing division. You will be responsible for strategic support to the business leaders, in addition to providing end-to-end human resources business partner support to the North American commercial team across the full talent spectrum. You will be part of the Global Bioprocessing & Purification Technologies HR team and report to the Global HR VP.
This role will play a key leadership role within the Commercial leadership team and will be relied on to drive talent planning and development efforts, sales compensation strategy, as well as employee relations and workforce planning. This role will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition and related teams across the globe to ensure that the talent we are acquiring and promoting is the talent we need both for the today as well as the future. Additionally, this role also supports division-wide initiatives including engagement and global talent development.

What You Will Do:
As a member of the cross functional Bioprocessing Leadership Team, you will partner with commercial leaders to develop and deploy best in class talent initiatives that attract, retain and develop high performing and high potential diverse teams to grow the business. Partner with global/region/country business leaders and HR Communities to ensure a seamless service delivery across geographies and through specialist Centre of Excellence. Provide coaching to managers to drive action on associate performance, development and related individual focus key areas, including the management of employee relations issues in collaboration with specialist partners in Law, Compensation and Benefits etc Build and deploy a compelling sales field compensation approach to motivate and reward performance Drive annual talent and succession planning and talent council work to progress talent readiness Actively drive, create, and integrate career development tools Provide appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure design and deployment to achieve business strategies Partner with HR colleagues to plan and deliver organization and division-wide initiatives and processes including engagement surveys, annual processes such as merit, bonus, and performance, planning, and development and other process/compliance initiativesThe successful candidate will have:
Degree in HR or related area Substantial experience with all functional areas of HR and related systems, including compensation, engagement, diversity, employee relations, building high performing teams, HRIS etc Considerable HR Business partnering experience with Senior Leaders and global commercial leadership teams Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization Strong organizational, time and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder needs and meet critical deadlines Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions Experience working with teams outside of the US and across timezones Strong bias for action with comfort working in a fast-paced environment Experience in a Bioprocessing related segment strongly preferredThe successful candidate will need to flex hours to be available for collaboration across multiple timezones and travel within the US and to international meetings.
