CMC provides an excellent opportunity to learn the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries and to grow in your career. In this role, you will support our Florida Recycling team by building relationships with commercial scrap metal accounts in the Gainesville area. 

What You'll Do Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Completes special projects as assigned by their manager, to include analysis and change continuous improvement recommendations as requested Participates in team meetings and activities Performs other duties as assigned Ability to quickly evaluate both technical and commercial viability of opportunities to provide value to project teams What You'll Need Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment required Ability to learn quickly and multitask required Ability to pay close attention to detail required Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail High sense of confidentiality Passion for innovation and a leader for change Ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a positive manner, follow directions and work rules and accept constructive feedback required Must be at least 18 years old Good math skills required Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university
