The Opportunity:

This role will report directly to our General Manager while leading a team of 2+ Estimators and a Continuous Improvement Lead. This role has a wide reach in our company and therefore needs someone who has a strengths in both Operations and Finance.  You will oversee and lead the estimations, pricing, and continuous improvement functions across the business.

 

About the Role:

As a leader of the department you will build a collaborative, supportive, learning culture within the Commercial Operations team. The successful candidate will coach & motivate the team by setting clear expectations.You will oversee the whole estimation function and provide insights for accuracy while building systems and tools in line with our growth plan. Part of this role is to continually support and drive the Continuous Improvement mindset and projects on site in partnership with your CI Lead.Present ANZ pricing proposals at APAC at weekly meeting along with our Commercial ManagerCreation of local PSG to provide more controls around local pricing methodology, processes, and calculationsWeekly Actual vs Estimate pricing analysis to address and investigate and variances outside of tolerance %.Provide margin analysis reporting and insights for all customersParticipate in Senior Management meetingsSet commercial operations annual strategy in line with business strategy.Prepare commercial operations budget, savings initiative – review budget vs actual for department on monthly basis
