Commerical Project Manager
Overview Key Responsibilities: Working with internal stakeholders to Project managing strategic growth initiatives across the APAC region. Coordinating and prioritising internal resources to advance the execution of strategic growth initiatives. Leads planning and working sessions across teams and work-streams Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Developing detailed project plans and ensuring resource availability and allocation. Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measuring project performance including against financial targets using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Managing the relationship with internal clients and all stakeholders. Working with internal commercial leaders and managers to identify and minimize project risks. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors. Account for project(s) capital and expense budget(s) Creating and maintaining comprehensive project reports and documentation to report on progress. Requirements: Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. 8-10 years of international project management (working across borders). Exposure of working across APAC is a plus. Previous experience in a commercial environment is a plus. PMP Certification is a plus Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Power Bi. Highly numerate with solid understanding of and proficient in evaluating financial performance. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English language. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across geographic boundaries. Ability to travel. Team player with problem-solving aptitude
