A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + To perform the duties assigned by Chef in order to provide the highest quality of food to our guests. + Set-up daily mise-en-place as per standards. + Cleans and monitors work areas, equipment, utensils and Cold Room. + Arranges plates and helps in dishing out of meal portions according to the K.O.T. (Kitchen Order Ticket). + Assist his immediate work colleagues, Supervisor in the performance of his duties. + Takes charge of IInd Commis and if necessary in the absence of the Chef-in-charge and ensure all the standards are maintained consistently. + Records all Recipes in his own Recipe Book. What We need from you: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field 3 years' experience as a chef including at least 2 years in similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
