\n\nAssisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen\nProducing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically\nMaintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards\nUsing all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately\nWorking closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff\nMaintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests\n\n\n
About You:
\n\nHave full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)\nPhysically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)\nMinimum 1 years experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable)\nStrong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure\nSkilled in time management and organisation\n\n\n
