**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Commis will be responsible for producing food in outlet within Grand Hyatt Jakarta. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management,Minimun 2 years' experience as commis chef in large hotel operation,Confident to communicate in English , Sounds of Hygiene knowledge
