Accountable for the integrity of commission payroll processes and service levels to brokerage operations. Ensure data integrity between systems involved in the commission payroll process – Salesforce, Callidus and Workday. Primary support role for Commission Payroll Manager and Senior Commission Analyst. Drive efforts to maintain, build and enhance broker relationships, as well as relationships with market operations personnel. Contribute to supplemental projects that drive process improvement and increased system utilization.Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Understand complex brokerage deal management, commission, and payroll processes
Develop technical expertise for CW Brokerage platform – Salesforce/Callidus/Workday
Ensure high level of customer service for various stakeholders (i.e. Controllership, FPA, HR, Ops, Brokers, IT)
Collaborate with Help Hub Service Desk to ensure quick and effective resolution of commission payroll related issues
Execute commission payroll process according to existing internal controls and governance to ensure a zero-error environment
Assist with validations and associated reconciliations for terminated brokers
Partner with IT to explore potential automation opportunities and additional system driven solutions for a strong control environment with less manual intervention
Partner with HR and AP for the processing of pay files for commission payments and Client Fee Share Funds
Manage frequent correspondence with critical brokers and management at all levels of the organization
Promote a team environment across Commission Payroll and Commission Accounting
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree
3-5 years of accounting, finance, payroll experience
Detail oriented and thorough
Ability to analyze complex data sets
Problem solving mentality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passion for customer service
Workday Finance, Callidus, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Effective and efficient time management and organization skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $60,000 - $70,000.
