Heath, Dental & Vision insuranceLife & Disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacationEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramProfessional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Review new pay plans submitted by dealerships for completeness and adherence to company guidelines related to allowable pay plan components based on employee position;Collaborate with dealerships to resolve any disparities or discrepancies in pay plan submissionsAccurately enter new pay plans into the commission system, ensuring that all components are set up with the correct calculation methods and payout amounts based on employee position, region, and dealershipEnd previously submitted pay plans for employees receiving a new pay plans due to rate changes, position changes, and dealership transfers;Process commissions for 1,000 – 1,500 employees across multiple states and pay cycles, ensuring timely and accurate payouts:Run and distribute pre-processing review reports to department managers for 150-200 individual departments at assigned dealerships.Review and accurately enter 200-300 additional bonuses from dealerships for employees outside of the pay plans, ensuring proper approval and backup documentation is received to support payout;Review and enter 300-600 manual commission component responses from dealerships into the commission system and ensure proper backup is provided;Run production reports for service and collision departments from CDK to compare against final commissions to ensure calculations are accurate;Reconcile departmental selling grosses, total dealership income/loss, finance production, and aftersales production balances between systems (CDK, Qlik, and Washouts) prior to finalizing commissions;Post accrual journal entries for commissions payable into accounting system;Distribute final commission reports for all employees to department managers for all assigned dealerships, ensuring reports are reviewed, approved, and returned in a timely manner;Archive all commission reports and supporting documentation for compliance and audit purposes;Compile and archive final commission packets for each location and processing cycle to ensure access for compliance and audits;Investigate and resolve dealership and employee inquiries and disputes related to commission calculations, escalating to the Lead Commission Clerk when necessary;Handle monthly email volumes between 1,200 and 2,000, primarily during commission processing cycles, ensuring all inquiries and submitted commission items are processed accurately and within deadlines;Provide clear and timely information in response to questions from employees and dealership management regarding pay plans, commission structures, and related matters; andOther projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication, verbal, written and organization skillsTime management with excellent attention to detailProficient with commission softwareProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel and Internet applicationsAbility to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesHigh school diploma/GED requiredAt least three years of related experience required*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*
