This person can work remote and travel. We support project team by delivering building commissioning services that require application of standard techniques for a small project or selected segments of a larger one. This position will work remote and want them to be located within Indiana, Kentucky, or Tennessee. Will be 40-50% travel. **What you’ll do:** + Review, develops, and collates construction project related reports and result documentation for review and approval. + Perform on-site inspection, testing, validation, and verification of building system for small projects. + Review construction related design documents, drawings, and specifications for approval. + Plan, chairs, and documents all project commissioning meetings. + Verify design documents, equipment submittals and measured performance are consistent with the specifications and client's operation requirements. + Perform onsite observations relating to installation of building systems; prepares associated documentation for approval. + On smaller projects, direct onsite system testing and monitoring of systems. **What you’ll need:** To perform this job, an individual to perform each duty satisfactorily.
