**Job Title: Commissioning Agent**
**Job Description**
The Commissioning Associate provides engineering and technical support to projects to ensure safety and budget adherence, including writing reports, conducting audits, troubleshooting, performing tests, and tracking progress throughout the project life cycle.
**Responsibilities**
+ Request, collect, and catalog submittals from trade partners.
+ Brand and assemble collected materials for project manuals and reports.
+ Integrate with other Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates.
+ Review, develop, and coordinate systems readiness and pre-functional and functional performance test drafts.
+ Conduct field observations to verify construction status.
+ Coordinate and participate in videography efforts associated with owner training.
+ Lead and mentor Facility Solution Associate I and II.
+ Implement activities identified by the Manager related to Operational Project Readiness (OPR) for MEPF technical assessment, coordination, and implementation.
+ Review contract documents for understanding, constructability, operability, and functionality requirements.
+ Interface and coordinate with MEPF trade partners during inspection and testing processes.
+ Assist in the development of commissioning (Cx) test/inspection scripts.
+ Review and understand project CPM and Cx schedules for proper sequencing of work.
+ Assist in the development and updates of the Cx schedule.
+ Document MEPF equipment inspections and testing, and track and drive issue resolution to support the start-up and commissioning process.
+ Assist with management and document control via commissioning software platform.
+ Utilize standard MEPF/building controls testing procedures and applicable tools and equipment to perform testing.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in commissioning and construction.
+ Ability to write reports and conduct audits.
+ Troubleshooting and performing tests.
+ Tracking project progress.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Competency in utilizing all standard MEPF/building controls testing procedures.
+ Ability to interface and coordinate directly with associated MEPF trade partners.
+ Experience in developing Cx test/inspection scripts.
+ Understanding project CPM and Cx schedules.

**Work Environment**
This position requires 100% travel around the United States, with periodic returns to Washington, D.C.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
