Commissioning Intern

Job Summary: The Commissioning Internship position serves as an essential part of the day-to-day operational support of our Projects team. The goal for the internship is for the intern to gain valuable real-world work experience in their desired career path, while giving Moore's additional support within operations. \n

Responsibilities:\n\nWork closely with our Project Closeout Technical Support Manager\nLearn the different parts of HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping systems and startup procedures\nSupport field operations with any technical issues that arise\nVisit job sites when required to test\/troubleshoot any issues\nTeam building with Commissioning team and other interns\nPrepare presentation for Leadership at the completion of the internship\n\n

Requirements:\n\nUndergraduate student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering\nExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset\nDesire to learn and grow\nTransportation and ability to commute to the Altavista Offices and our job sites\nGreat sense of humor\n\n
