The Electrical Commissioning Technician Supervisor reads and manages testing operations, overseeing compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Develops strategic plans, mentors team members, drives quality assurance, and ensures continuous improvement. Prepares and presents performance reports to senior management.
Pay range: $86,720- $130,080

· Oversee testing operations across multiple projects, managing multiple lead technicians and support staff.
· Site energization marshal.
· Develop and implement strategic plans for testing procedures and continuous improvement.
· Coordinate testing activities across projects, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
· Ensure all testing operations adhere to NETA standards and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with safety teams to develop and enforce comprehensive safety strategies.
· Review and approve testing plans, LOTO procedures, and energization plans.
· Lead training programs to enhance technical skills and leadership within the team.
· Mentor emerging leaders, fostering professional growth and readiness for advancement.
· Oversee quality assurance processes, implementing improvements as needed.
· Report on testing outcomes and operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of high school diploma with eight years of experience, or combination of equivalent experience and training.
· NICET L3, AVO Industrial Electrical Safety Inspector, and AVO Substation Technician required.
