Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Commissions Associate. Responsibilities: * Convert down loaded commission files into Excel spreadsheets for presentation to our commission department * The Commissions Associate will review and analyze commission cases within required timeline of SLA's requirements * Identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect our advisors * Provide a high level of analytical skill, and ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions * Analyze and identify root cause of issues and recommend efficiencies * Work on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide high level of detail * The Commissions Associate will work as a team player and productive member providing positive contributions to team as requested by manager * Work with internal departments to provide support as needed * Works independently with minimal instruction
