The Role
As a Committee Secretary, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support Nuclear Safety Committees through the undertaking of secretarial duties. 

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:

 

Ensuring committee meetings are effectively organised and minuted Producing documentation and ensuring it’s presented to the committee Chair Producing, managing and maintaining records, document archives and associated databases  Providing general administrative support

 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and based at HMNB Clyde (Faslane) near Helensburgh with hybrid working arrangements.

Experience required of the Committee Secretary 

Previous experience of taking and drafting Minutes  Excellent administration and Microsoft Office skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Well organised with an eye for detail

 

Qualifications for the Committee Secretary 

GCSE Maths and English

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
