The Carrier team is looking for a Commodity Management & Sourcing Intern for our Spring 2025 Cohort from January 2025 – April 2025. **Key Responsibilities** + **Category Strategy Development:** Support category strategy for Aftermarket parts, aligned with the organization's overall procurement and business objectives. + **Supplier Management:** Coordinate supplier identification, evaluation, selection, localization, and relationship activities. + **Cost Optimization:** Evaluate cost reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize on cost-saving opportunities within the Aftermarket parts HVAC category without compromising quality. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, WHQ Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment between procurement and business objectives. + **Supplier Performance Management:** Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, evaluate their performance regularly, and work collaboratively to address any performance issues. **Required Qualifications** + Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and/or Business + 3.0 or higher GPA + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** + Highly proficient in Excel + Sourcing /Supply Chain for Aftermarket + ERP system experience including SAP and Power BI for reporting and analytics \#LI-On-Site RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
