Your Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with Change Managers to develop creative training materials that promote the adoption of digital solutions and highlight project achievements.

Create engaging videos, infographics, and illustrations that not only simplify complex concepts but also communicate our achievements and future goals to management and the broader organization.

Support the UX design process by providing insights and design concepts using Figma or similar tools

Lead the development of communication strategies that resonate with various audiences and showcase the impact of our initiatives.

Produce materials that engage management and stakeholders, raising awareness of the value of our change initiatives.

Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve training and communication materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, communication, and change management.

Your Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, creative production, or UX design.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar tools.

Strong visual storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging and informative content tailored for various audiences.

Understanding of change management principles and methodologies is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Business fluent English, other languages are an advantage

Valid work permit for Czech Republic
