What's in it for me?

Location: Otsego Hours/days: 2 days in Office, 8am-4:30pm (must include Wednesday) 16 hours/week Competitive exempt rate (based on experience)

What will I be doing?

Operate telephone and software system to assist caller by answering questions and/or routing the caller to the appropriate representative Provide office support including but not limited to data entry, medical records, checking and forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing form order requests, mail and various other types of administrative support Use professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service to all inside and outside contacts
